Wellgevity Principles …
We care for the whole human — not just symptoms or test results. Every decision is rooted in science, compassion, and clarity, guided by the belief that true health is found in balance, resilience, and vitality.
We practise with an integrative and multidisciplinary approach, bringing together diverse expertise to create care that is both precise and deeply human. Our methods are objective and data-led, but always explained in a way that empowers you to understand and take ownership of your health.
Progress is measured, meaningful, and safe. We favour long-term harmony over quick fixes, building foundations that last rather than chasing trends. Nutrition, rest, movement, connection, and mindset are the cornerstones of this work, and we support you in reshaping patterns that no longer serve your wellbeing.
For us, longevity is not about biohacking or extreme protocols. It is about BioHarmony — the art and science of aligning body, mind, and nervous system so that vitality becomes your natural state, and thriving your everyday experience.
Founder and Medical Director
At Wellgevity, Dr. Tam and her team offer something rare in modern medicine: care that is at once scientifically rigorous and deeply human. This is not a place of rigid protocols or prescriptive plans, but of intelligent, integrative medicine — where diagnostics, expertise, and lived experience are woven together to create a pathway as individual as you are.
Dr. Tam is a physician and longevity specialist with over two decades of clinical experience across hospital medicine, integrative health, and personalised prevention. Trained in both conventional and functional medicine, she brings a pioneering lens of bioharmony — recognising that physiology, psychology, and environment interact as one dynamic system. With a profound understanding of the nervous system and emotional health, she leads with curiosity, compassion, and conviction. Her approach is trauma-informed and motivational by design, grounded in the belief that vitality is not simply the absence of illness but the presence of energy, resilience, and joy in living.
Wellgevity’s multidisciplinary team shares this ethos, collaborating to bring depth and breadth to each person’s care. Concierge support, retreats, workshops, and education are all part of the fabric — ensuring knowledge is shared, confidence is built, and transformation becomes possible.
For Dr. Tam, longevity is not the destination but the natural outcome of a life lived with balance, courage, and vitality. Her work is driven by a die-hard motivation to see people flourish — physically, emotionally, and in the fullness of their human potential.

Nutritional Therapist & Health Coach
Charlotte is a Nutritional Therapist and Certified Health Coach, trained in Naturopathic Nutrition at CNM. For almost a decade, she has been Dr. Tam’s closest collaborator at Wellgevity, working alongside her since 2015 to deliver care that is as evidence-based as it is human.
Her practice is rooted in **bioharmony** — understanding how nutrition, hormones, lifestyle, and the nervous system interconnect to shape resilience and longevity. With formal qualifications (PGDip, BSc Hons) and years of hands-on clinical experience, Charlotte excels at translating science into personalised, practical strategies.
She creates tailored programs that unite:
Targeted nutrition & meal timing** for energy and cellular resilience
Sleep & nervous system regulation** to restore repair cycles
Stress resilience practices** that buffer both body and mind
Gut health & hormonal balance** as foundations of vitality
Charlotte’s strength lies in weaving these domains into one coherent system, guiding clients beyond short-term fixes into sustainable transformation. Her coaching style empowers people to live in rhythm with their biology — building resilience not as an abstract goal, but as an embodied way of life.

Longevity Doctor
At Wellgevity, Dr Charlie brings a rare blend of medical precision, lived experience, and adventurous spirit to the field of longevity medicine. Trained as an intensive care doctor, he has seen the human body under profound strain—moments where resilience falters and life hangs in the balance. These experiences shaped his conviction that medicine must not only treat disease, but actively prevent decline and help people build lasting strength and vitality.
His practice is data-led and physiology-driven, with a sharp focus on the root processes of ageing. By integrating advanced diagnostics, biomarker analysis, personalised supplementation, and lifestyle interventions, Dr Charlie makes the science of longevity accessible and actionable, distilling complexity into clarity. Patients often describe his approach as both intellectually rigorous and deeply practical—a pathway designed to empower rather than overwhelm.
Beyond the clinic, Dr Charlie embodies the principles he teaches. A qualified expert in mountain medicine and an endurance athlete, he has tested human limits in some of the world’s most demanding environments—from summiting Mount Elbrus to completing the Marathon des Sables. These pursuits reflect not only personal passion, but a profound respect for resilience, adaptation, and the extraordinary capacity of the human body.
In Dr Charlie, patients find a practitioner who pairs cutting-edge science with grounded human insight, ensuring that Wellgevity remains at the forefront of preventative medicine. His mission is clear: to help people move beyond survival, into a life defined by resilience, vitality, and the freedom to thrive.

Her philosophy is clear: true health lies in addressing root causes, not just symptoms. Dr Rini uses a systems-based approach, centring her practice on the foundations of longevity—nutrition, movement, connection, sleep, and mindset. She is also a strong advocate for de-prescribing wherever possible, favouring careful, judicious use of medication while empowering patients to restore balance through lifestyle and integrative strategies.
