Bioharmony Retreat: Deià, Mallorca
Four Days to Restore BioHarmony
Stress, Resilience, Longevity
A physician-led retreat for high-functioning people living in chronic stress, fatigue, or emotional overload — grounded in science, coherence, and nervous system restoration.
This retreat was created for people who are deeply engaged with their work, their health, and the demands of modern life - and who recognise when the pace itself begins to interfere with resilience.
Over four days in Deià, Mallorca, the focus is on restoring physiological steadiness and mental clarity through space, rhythm, and evidence-led support, guided by Wellgevity’s BioHarmony approach.
The purpose of the retreat is educational as much as experiential. Time is spent understanding what influences long-term health and longevity, how the pace of ageing can be measured and shaped, and where attention and investment are genuinely worthwhile. The intention is not to add more interventions, but to clarify how to work with the body in a way that supports vitality and resilience over time.
Many people come simply needing distance from constant input, and value the space to observe how their system responds when given room to settle.
what is bioharmony
The Spirit of the Retreat
BioHarmony is not about optimisation.
It is about alignment — between physiology and emotion, ambition and rest, discipline and delight.
Here, longevity is not driven by fear of decline.
It is shaped by steadiness, meaning, and Joyspan.
We move.
We learn.
We rest.
We laugh.
We allow the body to soften without losing strength.
who is this retreat for?
Perhaps …
Your nervous system has been running “high” for too long
Sleep, energy, or recovery feel a little out of rhythm
You’re curious about longevity that begins with coherence, not pressure
You want science, depth, and a more human pace
You miss ease, connection, and Joyspan in your life
You’re ready to restore — gently, sustainablyLine:
This is not a wellness bootcamp. It’s a recalibration.
Places on the retreat are limited to 12 guests.
This allows for a considered experience and a high level of attention throughout the four days.
applied, practical focus
During expert-led sessions, participants are introduced to tools, techniques, and therapeutic approaches used within wellness and longevity medicine to meaningfully influence pace of ageing and support human flourishing. The focus is on practical understanding that can be carried forward beyond the retreat.
Location and setting
The retreat takes place in Deià, on the northwest coast of Mallorca, at Son Rullan, a restored former monastery overlooking the coastline. The setting offers privacy, containment, and a slower pace for the duration of the retreat.
Vision of the Retreat
This retreat is grounded in the understanding that longevity is not created through isolated interventions alone.
Ageing is shaped by rhythm — by the state of the nervous system, the quality of recovery, the coherence between body and mind, and the pace at which we move through life.
Over four days, the experience is as educational as it is restorative. Through expert-led sessions, participants explore the concept of the pace of ageing — what it means, how it can be measured, and how it can be gently influenced.
Alongside the science, we offer practices that support BioHarmony: tools for regulation, resilience, and sustainable change — held within a setting designed for restoration, connection, and Joyspan.

Body Psychologist | Trained Osteopath | Resilience Expert
Boniface brings a rare integration of psychological insight and somatic precision, shaped by his training in osteopathy and years of work in embodied resilience.
His approach works at the level of the nervous system — supporting regulation, attunement, and the restoration of internal steadiness. He helps individuals recognise the subtle patterns held in the body and gently recalibrate them toward coherence.
With both clinical sensitivity and playful presence, Boniface guides participants toward resilience that is flexible rather than rigid — grounded in awareness, breath, movement, and embodied safety.

he retreat takes place at Son Rullan, a private venue nestled in the hills above Deià on Mallorca’s north-west coast.
Once a monastery, Son Rullan has been thoughtfully restored and is held within extraordinary natural beauty — terraced gardens, open sea views, and a profound sense of quiet seclusion.
The space offers both privacy and containment: dedicated areas for rest, movement, reflection, and therapeutic work.
Meals are prepared on site and shared together, with an emphasis on nourishment, simplicity, and connection.
A suspended treatment room — often described as “floating in the clouds” — provides a unique setting for sessions throughout the retreat.
